This notice covers the RSDWare company website at rsdware.com. Each product website has its own privacy notice.
Who runs this website
RSDWare is the public brand of Rudra Software Development. To ask about information handled by this website, use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data request”.
When you contact us
We collect the name, email address, topic, optional product and message you send, plus the time it arrived and your acknowledgement of this notice. We use it only to read and reply to your message. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or sensitive records.
PC software launch requests
If you ask for a launch email, we store your email address, the time of the request and your consent to one announcement. It is not a newsletter subscription. After you sign up you get a private link to remove the request, or you can ask us through the contact form.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored on the server that runs this website, outside the public files, and only the site administrator can see them. Contact messages are deleted after 90 days and launch requests after 365 days, or sooner if you ask. Any exported copies are handled with the same care.
Cookies
Browsing this site needs no account, and we don’t set advertising or analytics cookies. The private administrator area uses one essential, time-limited session cookie after sign-in. For rate limiting, the server briefly keeps a scrambled form of your network address; it is never saved with your message. Our hosting may keep standard connection logs.
Product websites
Each product runs on its own domain and may use its own accounts, advertising, cookies and data practices. Check the privacy notice on the product you use. Messages sent here are not shared with the product websites.
Your choices
You can browse without sending anything. You can remove a launch request with your private link, or ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent. We may need to confirm a request before acting on it.
Changes
We’ll update this notice if the website changes. Any new data collection or analytics will be described here before it starts.
